Dave and Bob's Excellent Adventure 2006

Day 1 began our adventures with Dave leaving Sacramento, CA and me leaving Murrieta, CA on Saturday September 9th, and meeting in Templeton, CA.

Day 2, we headed for Morro Bay and CA Hwy1 with a ride up to Bodega Bay, north of San Franisco.

Day 3 we continued up Hwy 1 riding to Fortuna where we followed 36/3/299 to Redding.

Day 4 we rode up I5 to Weed, CA and took 97 to Kalmath Falls, OR and to Crater Lake.

Day 5 we left Klamath Falls, OR and took 139 to Susanville then caught US395 to Reno where we stayed in the Silver Legacy Hotel.

Day 6 we rode to Sorona Pass Road (108), down to 49, and back up 120 through Yosemite stopping at Lee Vining for the night.

Day 7 we rode up 395 to 89 over Monitor pass and up to US50 and back to Sacramento/Elk Grove.

Day 8 Dave met me in Elk Grove, we rode to Modesto where he turned around and went home and I followed 99 to 58 to 395 to 15 to 215 and home!
