Sabres from the Internet

'82 The original V45 Sabre.
My brother Dave sold a bunch of parts to the guy that rebuilt this bike. The easiest way to tell the difference between an '82 and '83 was the '82 had the stripe on the air cleaner (black box just below the tank and behind the radiator cover.)

Stock '83 V45 (750cc)

'84 700 with a '83 or '82 fairing
('84 and '85 fairings were color matched to the bike. Since not many color match fairings were sold,
many owners bought the left over '82 & '83 fairings)

Since this was from a Salvage yard, I guess they decided to add
the chrome muffler and chrome front fender, original were black.

'84 V65 Sabre with Hondaline fairing and saddlebags
You really don't see very many V65 Sabres with the saddlebags.
